MANUFACTURERS’ CONFERENCE. COMPLAINT OF INFERIOR BAGS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. PARIS, July 11. At a conference held at Roubaix a hundred delegates, representing the wool-spinners and manufacturers of Europe, unanimously resolved that a| large proportion of growers did not sufficiently realise the danger of vegetable matter entering the wool from inferior hags. Spinners and buyers were recommended to declare that they would buy only wools packed in proper bags, commencing with the season 1912-1913.
