The Native Paces and Liquor Traffic Committee, representing worldwide missionary and temperance organisations, is memorialising Mr Lewis Harcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, xtrging him to call a meeting of the Powers at the earliest possible opportunity to consider the sale of spirits in Africa, and especially a proposal for extending the prohibitory zones towards the coast.
