LETTERPRESS PRINTERS’ UNION
On Saturday evening the Wellington Letterpress Printers* Union held ?.ts half-yearly meeting in the Trades Hull, about fifty members being present. Mr McLcary, who presided, spoke eulogis-tic-ally "of the union's sound financial position, there being a credit balance of rifclGO, The president, in moving a vote of thanks to two Federation of Labour delegates who addressed the meeting with a view to persuading the union to join that body, said that he was sure the time was coming and was not far distant when the unions of the compositors, bookbinders, and machinists would bo federated.
