Sir Edward Cry>, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, announced that the Arbitration Treaty between Britain and the United States would -diortly he signed. CLAIMS TO BE SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION. (Received July 8, 0.13 a.ra.) WASUINCiTON, July 7. Mr J. Bryce, British Ambassador, and Air P. Knox, United States Secretary of State, have signed the first -schedule of certain Anglo-American pecuniary claims with the terms of their Bubniissiem to arbitration in accordance with the terms of tho agreement signed last August. A Conference was subsequently field covering the details of tho proposed Arbitration Treaty width will be completed in time for the present Congress to ratify it.
