CRITICISM BY THE “ARGUS.” Dy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. MELBOURNE, July 7. The “Argus” deprecates Victoria’s making a claim to the Riverina unless it is overpoworingly justified. It declares that the claim will only arouse increased hostility towards Now South Wales, and postpone the linking up of tho railways of the two States indefinitely.
