SCHEME OF SPECIAL BURSARIES FOR STUDENTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, May 24. The Commissioners of the 1851 Exhibition have formulated a scheme of industrial bursaries of tho value of £SO to £l5O each, to enable talented science students to tide over -a year or two while gaining the experience necessary to enable them to secure remunerative employment in engineering and chemical works. At present many are forced into the teaching profession.
