ISSY FLYING ACCIDENT

Train, the aviator whose machine swerved at Issy prior to the start of tho Paris-to-Madrid race, the accident resulting in M. Berteaux, French Minister for War, being killed and M. Blonis, Prime Minister, seriously injured, was brought before the court on a charge of manslaughter. After hearing evidence, the magistrate exonerated Train, who was discharged from custody.
