Cohen - said he would bo. willing' to givo the men every facility for enjoying the baths provided that they were being 'used. ' . . Tho chairman-said that the request for lockers had been made to him several times. He. recognised it was quite reasonable and would move that it I>e granted. Though-he would not be'prepared to advocate an extension of tho baths just-now. he.would .do so later on if the men still continued to, put them to good use. The cost of heating the water was so small that it could almost bo disregarded. On the. motion of Sir Hindmarsh. seconded by Sir SlcEwan, it was decided to obtain a report from the engineer on the matter for tho next meeting.
