MR LLOYD GEORGE WILL NOT ALTER DUTY. By Telegraph—Prcfca Association—Copyright LONDON, May 22. Mr Lloyd George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has refused to amend the Budget by ■ making the duty on tea grown within the Empire fourpenco and on tho rest fivepence (the present duty on all teas).'
