BRISCOE AND CO., LTD
/<^ / ‘y‘UNDEELICII ,> is a very excellent ’ * name for the exhibit of Messrs Brisco© and Co. The charming lounge which is fitted up to show the Wunderlich manufactures succeeds in displaying to advantage the practical use combined with aesthetic beauty which distinguishes these modern inventions. The walls and ceiling are all in this material. Its beauty as applied thus is at once apparent, and behind mere beauty lies the assurance of tho hygienic qualities of Wunderlich. Not only is it fireproof, but it is also proof against vermin and microbes. No mice squeaking in the wainscot, or rats romping over the ceilings of rooms fitted thus. And just what a restful background it constitutes to furniture and accessories is seen in the admirable effect produced by the handsome furniture from the Scoullar Co., which renders the lounge so pleasant to the eye. On the writing-table visitors will find a pretty collection of postcards, some of them showing the varied charm of the Wunderlich ceilings, and ethers the picturesque, as well as practical, charms of the Marseilles tile roofs which have transformed Wellington. In the lounge, too, visitors should ask for the illustrated booklet of “Beautiful Homes”; it is too pretty to miss. But the housewife, no less than the builder, must see the exhibit of Wunderlich adaptations in the Wellington Gas. Company's exhibit. In the .kitchen, bathroom, and sittingroom will be seen with what perfect cleanliness and purity such rooms may be kept when thus fitted, and there is no lodgement for dirt possible. ‘The lecture room in its turn demonstrates the splendid suitability of "Wunderlich fitments for lecture rooms, hospitals, sanatoria, schools, and all public buildings where the employment of hygienic material is paramount.
