GREAT POPULAR FAREWELL IN , LONDON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, May 21. The Kaiser, the Kaiserin, and Princess Louise were given an enthusiastic popular send-off. King George and Queen Mary bade farewell to them at tho station in a most cordial manner. SATISFACTION IN GERMANY. BERLIN, May 21. The Kaiser, in letters to officials here, expressed himself as thoroughly delighted with the warmth of the reception he received in England. This news of the Prince of Whales’s coming visit to Potsdam is being made a principal feature in the newspapers The •" Mittng Zeitung ” describes it as the political result of the Kaiser’s visit to Landon. The semi-official organ ,of the German Government, the “ Norddeutsohe Allgemeino Zeitung,” emphasises the spontaneity ef the British welcome to tho Kaiser and his wife and daughter, and hopes the visit will prove of lasting value to the relations of Germany and Britain.
