HOCKEY POSTPONED
All hockey games were postponed on Saturday owing to the wet weather and the unsuitable state for • play of the grounds at Day's Bay. AUCKLAND SENIOR MATCHES. PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, May 21. The championship matches of the Auckland Hookey Association were played in fine weather yesterday. The senior crude matches resulted as follow:—Auckland beat Graiton by 7 goals to nil, Benson ny beat Christchurch by 6 goals to nil. University beat Parnell by 7 goals to ‘one. North Shore boat United by 2 goals to 1.
