STRIKE COLLAPSES (Received February 6, 0.20 a.m.) ' LONDON, February 5. The railway strike Las collapsed, the men discovering that they had been mistaken concerning the North-Eastern Company’s treatment of the grievances of the discharged fish porters. The general manager’s announcement that unless the strikers returned to work on Monday their places would be filled accelerated the latter’s decision.
