CULTIVATE DECISION.
The man who habitually comes to well considered and prompt decisions makes no more mistakes man the man who, at raid to trust himself, deiers making up his mind until it m lorced upon mm. The hrst e'ooaonuses time and opportunity and. achieves more. Nearly every man who has won for himself an important position will be found to possess the capacity for quick decision and prompt action, die does not decide until he has all the information before him that is necessary for his guidance, but when once he says “yes" or “no" he abides by it and takes immediate action His few failures are far outweighed by his many successes.. No man enjoys success in everything and no man's every decision has been the right one, but success is the aggregate credit balance of many minor successes and failures. Every man may judge of his capacity to decide by looking at his own desk; how many papers and matters are there represented which should have been settled yesterday? How many of them ore being still further delayed until to-mor-row? How many members of the stall are waiting until the Chief decides? Cultivate decision—see that your mind and desk are not chocked with the business of yesterday. Keep them clear for the affairs of to-morrow.—"Organiser.”
