LONDON, February IS. = There is great indignation among tho Northumberland miners owing to tho executive refusing to take action upon a majority vote, though the requisite two-thirds majority was not given. , They have at several meetings censured Mr Burt, the; secretary of the Northumberland Miners’ Mutual Provident Association, and called upon him to resign.
