' Admiral Miaoulis and 1 tho senior officers of the Greek fleet have signed a > declaration that they wilt protect the King’s person and defend the Constitution. They say they : will not permit violence against political leaders for the purpose of extorting consent to tho convocation of a national Assembly to revise the Constitution.
