PREPARATIONS FOR THE SESSION. (Received February 18, 9.45 p.m.) LONDON, February 16. In view of the large increase in the number of Unionist members of the House of Commons, the Labour party will accept a suggestion by the Speaker to sit in tho front benches below the gangway on tho Government side instead of opposite to them. The party has elected Mr G. N. Barnes chairman for the session, Mr J. ! R. dynes vice-chairman, and Mr G. H. Roberts. Chief . Whip. - After the Cabinet meeting yesterday Messrs John Redmond, J.
