Nona Thomson, for assisting the previous accused in the commission of the offence, was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon. Roderick Bis sett, brewers’ carter, also charged with assisting McAuliffe by delivering beer to fictitious persons supposed to lodge in the house, was fined •£l-5. . , E. Joseph. Lineon. and Con.
