I have noticed a list of examiners for matriculation and junior . scholarships for this year in your ooiU umne recently. Oan any of your, readers inform us ou what principle ' the Beleo- ■ tion of examiners is made by the University Senate? On examining the universify calendars for some years back I find that certain Canterbury old students are appointed examiners in one subject or amother_ every year. This seems rather peculiar.
