MACARTNEY'S POSITION IN ACCORD WITH RULE 9
PBEB* ASSOCIATION.CHRISTCHTJRCH, February 8. In response to tho New Zealand Cricket Council’s request for a definite assurance that Macartney would comply with the residential qimlification rule governing' the Plunket Shield matches, the Otago Association has replied confirming tho Otago captain's statement that arrangements with Macartney comply with rulo 9.
