Among other provisions it enables oorporalbioßs to secure . a charter ff they like iahd' ; th : us"submit thcimiseives to the strict superviaidn of a Bureau -of OarparatJcms. ■ Though trusts are authorised to acquire property, they are debarred from acquiring the stock of 'other corporations. The Administration believes that this will provenlt stock manipulation of the Hardman typo, hut will permit of normal industrial centralisation.
