CRISIS IN PORTUGAL REVOLUTIONARIES READY FOR ACTION. PLOT AGAINST MONARCHY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, January 12. It is semi-officially stated at Lisbon that the Government has discovered secret revolutionary societies in the different centres, supplied with firearms, explosives, daggers, and masks. The movement is stated to be directed against the Monarchy. Four ringleaders have been arrested.
