It was‘decided to mako an offer to the Otaigo Association for a match against its representative team, when going to Auckland or coming back, providing the dates .did not conflict with- the proposed tour of the Australian team. The. offer of tho association to be 50 per cent, of the not profit of tho match, provided it extended over three days, one of which was a Saturday. In regard to a communication received from the Hawke’s Bay Association' asking for a match at the end of the month, it was decided to ask tho selection com** mittee if it could get a team to travel to Napier provided* it paid its own expenses. No decision will be ’anuved at until the report of the selection committee is received. The question was discussed of the feasabilifty orf playing the whole of the seventh round senior games on Anniversary Day (January 22nd), deciding the matches on' the remits of the day’s play.
