NEUTRALISATION CONDEMNED IN JAPAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright TOKIO, January 10. The Japanese press unanimously condemn the proposed neutralisation of the Manoliurian railway, and declare that no justification exists for interference with the Portsmouth treaty. Germany is criticised for enjoying railway and mining privileges in Shantung, and yet seeking to deprive Russia and Japan, of their privileges in Manchuria. A RUSSIAN OBJECTION.
