MILITARY CORPS FORMING
GREAT ENTHUSIASM AROUSED . , IN CANADA; By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, OTTAWA, November 7. Tie speeches of Earl Grey,, Gover-nor-General of Canada, and Lord Milner ;in North-west Canada have aroused military enthusiasm. In the prairie provinces many corps have been formed, and it is calculated that there will be a well-trained fighting force of 60,000 men between the Groat Lakes and the Rooky Mountains within two years. TRAINING CRUISERS BORROWED. (Received November 8, 10.30 pirn.) • LONDON, November 8. The Canadian Government has, decided to borrow two cruisers from the Admiralty for the purpose of inaugurating the training of officers and men for the Canadian Navy.
