WATER POWER REGULATIONS
PRESS ASSOCIATION. HOKITIKA, July 14. A meeting called at Koss witn reference to the water-power regulations was not attended by a representative of the syndicate, and the Mayor left the chair. The county chairman then presided. The principal speaker was Mr Gnmmond, who reviewed the matter at length, traversing many of tire statements marie against tire Government and tho regulations. , , , , On his motion, it was agreed to take no aotion till the syndicate has indicated what terms are wanted nndeir the regulations.
