A STRAINED HEART
COMPENSATION AWARDED: PB.BBB MOCXXTIOH, INVERCARGILL. July 14. Judgment was delivered by the Arbitration Court in the case William Robt. Turnbull v. the National Mortgage Company, a claim for -bBOO compensation for a strained heart, caused while Lumping. . ~ The court was satisfied that claimant a heart was ahocted, aud that respondents had not suggested any theory to account for it than that put forward Ft claimant. Compensation was awarded at the rate of A 1 10s per week, from December last, during incapacity.
