A CORRECTION
(To the Editor "N.Z. Times.") Sir,— Kindly correct .. an ' error in your quotation of our resolutions regarding tho local option poll inquiry. No. 1, subsection (b) should read: "That the refusal of the Court to rule "thai, when ~ (not "unless;" as your paper gave it) irregularities wero proved, tho onus of proof that such irregularities, did not materially affect tlho result of tho poll was on the lespondents, was contradictory of the ruling of Dr JVloArtHur at the Newtown inquiry, and of the usual ruling in similar inquiries."—l' am, etc., T.
