Robert, Charles Collins was brought up on remand, charged that on December 2nd, at Wellington, ho did unlawfully assault, and thereby did kill and slay one. John Ferguson. David Henry Carvasso, alias Carver, pleaded guilty to two charges of obtaining money by moans of false pretences. Scott in a similar way, obtaining from him also the sum of Xl2.
