Mr and Mrs Gordon Held have left for a trip to Auckland.
Miss Mabel Atkinson (Nelson) is ■staying with Miss Richmond.
Mr Justice Williams and Mrs Williams have left, for the South.
Mr and Mrs Ormiston Chant arrived yesterday from the South.
Mrs Alloy expects to leave on Friday for Australia, en route to Canada.
Miss Ruddock, a well-known Auckland society girl, is the guest of Mrs P. Do Castro.
Miss Agnes Hassell has returned to Tima.ru, after being the guest of Mists Lloyd Hassell for some time.
Visitors to Wellington, at present include Airs Rauchop, who is staying with her son, Colonel Rauchop, at Kelburuo.
Mr and Mrs David Oasc.lbcrg left Genoa by the 11 rumen on October 12th, and expect to reach New Zealand at the latter part of next month.
Mr St. Lawrence. Toner (Napier) is in town. Mrs Toner has gone bo Auckland for a fortnight’s visit to her brother, the lion J -t- dole, Crown Prosecutor.
Announcement is made of the engagement of Air J. J- McGrath to Miss O. M. Wilkinson, daughter of the late Air Thomas Wilkinson. The wedding will probably take place in January.
