ELOCUTIONARY RECITAL.
The programme in another column of an ecolntionary concert to be given by Mr J. M. Clark, the popular reciter, is worthy of the attention of our readers. Apart from the merits of the programme the object is a deserving one, and should djfaw a full attendance. The concert takes place in the concert chamber of tho Town Hall on Thursday, October 29th. Mr Justice Cooper will preside. Seats may bo reserved at the Dresden.
