Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner of any Hat race after declaration of weights to curry a penalty of 71b; and of any additional race or races a further penalty of 51b Hurdles; The winner of an./ hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, and for any additional hurdle race 71b extra.
