FRUIT FLY REGULATIONS
MEETING OF WELLINGTON IMPORTERS. AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS TO BE DEMANDED. A meeting of Wellington fruit importers was held yesterday to consider the fruit fly regulations as they applied to imported fruit. Delegate were appointed to join with the Auckland deputation in approaching the Government in order to see whether the Department cannot modify tho regulations in, some* degree in regard to oversea fruit importations in general.
