A tremendous lire broke out lasi evening at Cholsoa, a populous suburb of Boston. Buildings covering more than a mile square have been destroyed, and the file is not yet suppressed. The places that have been burned down include thirteen churches, two public libraries, a children’s hospital, a dozen factories, and four hundred tenement buildings. The damage is roughly estimated at a million and a half sterling. One death occurred, and fifty persons are known to have received injuries.
