Aa a. consequence of the action of Japan with regard to the seizure of the steamer Tatsu Maru, the Chinese Merchants’ Guild at Hongkong has telegraphed to agents at Nagasaki, Kobe, and Yokohama, directing them not to place orders for Japanese goods.
