INVERCARGILL UNDER NOLICENSE.
(To the Editor "N.Z. Times.") Sir, —Among the alleged advantages claimed by advocates of no-license is an apparent reduction in the number of convictions for Crimea- and offences, said to bo due as a result of the system of nolicense" in the Invercargill electorate. Your paper of this morning announces "Murder and Suicide. Madman s terrible crime. A shocking affair at Invercargill. Three children killed." This atrocious outrage occurred in a "no-hcense area.
