ACCIDENT
At the Davis street crossing yesterday tho noon Hutt train for Thorndon collided with a grocer’s cart driven by James Carson, who was thrown from the vehicle and received serious injuries. Tho cart was badly smashed. Carson, who, amongst other injuries, received scalp wounds, was attended to by Dr Purdy and removed to the Hospital. Ho was still unconscious last evening. >
