Three persons wore killed during a riot in Lisbon yesterday, an outcome of the' excitement over the elections to the Oortos.
The police fired a round of blank cartridges first. Then, as the rioters failed to disperse, a volley was fired. Election returns show that the Monarchists have swept the country. Only six Republicans were elected, four of them for Lisbon seats.
