JAPANESE RELEASED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright OTTAWA, February 20. The Canadian Premier, Sir Wilfrid Laurier, has ordered the release of two Japanese sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment under the Act recently passed by British Columbia, and from which the Royal assent was withheld.
