By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright PARIS, February 20, A number of documents relating to charges against Lieutenant Ullmo, the naval officer who is accused of soiling plans to Germany, were stolen from his counsel's rooms in a Toulon hotel. A public trial of the lieutenant is proceeding.
