A COMPANY IN DIFFICULTIES
MEETING OF CREDITORS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, February 20. The first meeting of the creditors of Winoott, Cooper, and Company, managers of the Australian Mntnal Shipping Company, was held in the bankruptcy Court. The Official Receiver estimated the unsecured liabilities at £IOO,OOO, also contingent debts in connection with the Anglo-Argentine Shipping Company at -£200,000, and the assets at £18,220.
The meeting resolved to wind up in bankruptcy.
