MINING NEWS.
Mr T, S. Weston, representative of the Wellington shareholders in the Talisman Goldmining Company, has received information stating that an extraordinary meeting to alter the articles of association and give effect to the arrangement mode with the colonial shareholders will be held in London on the 11th inst, and a confirmatory meeting on the 13th.
