ALLEGED UNSKILFUL DENTISTRY
PBESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, December 3.The case Harrison v. Moses and Pittar, a claim for £2OOO damages for alleged neglect and unskilful extraction of teeth, was continued in the Supremo Court to-day. ’ Evidence was given by Drs Roberts, Evans, and H. A. Do Lautour. Tho two former stated that plaintiff was suffering from consumption, and tho last-named said that examination by moans of X-rays had failed to disclose the presence of a tooth in tho lung. Evidence for th© defence has now closed.
