THE WELCOME TO THE KAISER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, November 18. The “North-German Gazette” espressos delight at the hardly surpassable cordiality, of the welcome extended to the Kaiser in England, and characterises the visit as a highly important political event. King Edward and Queen Alexandra lunched on Sunday at Windsor Castle. The Kaiser and Kaiserin, the King and Queen of Spain, and the Queens of Portugal and Norway were present.
