CASABLANCA UNSETTLED
FRENCH PRECAUTIONS. TRIBES DECIDE TO CONTINUE STRUGGLE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright MOROCCO, September 26. The French troops are encircling Casablanca with strong fortifications. The Madukra and other powerful tribes have decided to continue the struggle. Most of the tribesmen who submitted to General Drudo last week appear to have been afraid that their surrender would arouse the enmity of the others.
