MONTHLY MEETING.
The monthly meeting of the Technical Education Board last evening-was attended by Messrs .1. P- Luke (in the chair). W. Allen, D. Robertson, T. Carmichael. T. Ballinger, D. McLaren, X. W. MacDonald. ' . Accounts amounting to J 2165 16s 3d were passed for payment. Mr W. S. La Trobe reported that the iewollerv and metal-work class room was finished,” and that a class would be formed to start work;on the. first day of th* new term. on Saturday next. ■ Miss Siatter was , given , a further month's leave of absence, and Miss Riley, who has undertaken Miss Blatter B duties during the absence of the latter, .was voted a bonus of X2O.
