This blocks supply Tho Treasurer will to-day move that tho Council again go into committee to resume consideration of tho Bill. The parties in the Council are equal; but as Mr Ross, a Progressive, presides in committee, the Opposition will then have a majority. The Premier, Dr Jameson, if necessary, will ask the Assembly Svhether it will tolerate tho Council’s interference with its privileges.
