NEWS CONFIRMED. By Telegraph-Pce.B ABeoaiatiea-Copyrtght. (Received September 13, 8.14 p.m.) LONDON, September 13. A Reuter correspondent confirms the news of the arrival of panic-stricken Jews from Kishineff and Odessa at the Pruth river, which forms a boundary between Roumauia and Besserabia. The Roumanian Government is not permitting them to cross the frontier. A cable message published on Thursday stated that hooligans had organised and carried out a pogrom at Kiahiueff, resulting in eighty Jews being killed. Hundreds fled towards the Elver Pruth, with the intentlon of escaping to B-oumama, but tho. frontier guards turned many back. During n. pogrom at Lodz eleven were killed and. many wounded. On the 4th inst. it was reported that th© Black Hundred had started a pogrom at Odessa.
