Austialia, was played today, the New Zealanders winning by 168 points to 128. The weather was fine, and the green in good drawing condition. Wheeler redeemed his failure of yesterday, his rink winning by 25. McLaren played well throughout, Durie led beautifully, and Gibbs played a fine game. The New Zealanders are proud of their defeat of Smith, who took Waxman’s place. Bastings and Dali played excellently. Cooper led all the way in ms rink. Sneddon’s team had an exciting game. SCORES.
