VOLUNTEERS.
Surgeon-Colonel Collins, P.M.0., gave an Interesting lecture last evening to the Garrison Officers' Club. The address was delivered at Government House, on the invitation of Lord Plunket. The lecture was highly instructive, and calculated to tend towards the greater efficiency of the army medical service of the colony, and the requirements of such in the Wellington district.
